Our Policies

ARRIVAL

To accommodate our guests, all appointments start and finish at the scheduled time. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and ensure that you receive your full treatment time. In the case that you are late for an appointment, the allotted time for the service will be shortened with no fee adjustment.

RESERVATIONS

We require a valid credit card number to book appointments. You may use your Leah’s Skin Care Gift Certificate, credit card or cash to pay for your services upon arrival

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to our staff and other guests, please phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

No shows will be charged in full to their credit cards for scheduled appointment(s).

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Let your therapist know if you have any medical or physical condition which may affect your treatment. If you are:

  • Using Retin A
  • On prescription medications
  • Pregnant, and / or
  • Allergic to any products / substances

We would like to know so we can adjust your treatment.

Other special requests and preferences should be mentioned when making appointments.
